This Volunteers’ Week, we're celebrating the incredible people who give their time to VFTS to support families in our community. 💙

When asked why they chose to volunteer with VFTS, our volunteers shared:

🗨 "It was a way to help people during the pandemic, and I just carried on since."

🗨 "Because I was so grateful for the support I received during my early PP period and wanted to help them, help other mothers."

And what do they enjoy about volunteering with their chosen project?

🗨 "The flexibility and the difference the service makes."

🗨 "Helping each other out is what community is all about"

We couldn't do what we do without our volunteers, they are the heart of what we do.🥰👏

Imagine fleeing domestic abuse with three children, unable to work due to a mobility disability, while waiting for vital benefits to be processed. 😔

For many families, this isn't a hypothetical situation, it's their reality.

At Visit from the Stork, we help parents facing crisis by providing essential baby items and practical support when they need it most.

Will you help us give these families a Brighter Tomorrow?🧡

You can give as little as £5 – every donation, no matter the size, helps us support families through some of their toughest moments. 🫂

If you are able to please donate and help us reach our £10,000 campaign target and share our campaign. Thank you. 🧡👇
