Disco reminder:
Please read

- Year 3 & 4 to bring a change of clothes for the disco as they will go straight from class to the hall if they have bought a ticket. If they have not, pick up will be as usual.

- Collection will be through the double doors at the top of the steps, access via the ramp.

- Please be on time as we have a 15 minute turn around for the first to second disco.

- Year 5 & 6 to queue to get into reception. Strictly no access through double doors at steps.
Please make sure your children stay lined up at the reception side to allow the first disco children and parents to leave- no year 5 or 6 children should be near the top doors. This is to safeguard all children and ensure they are ticked off our list.
- Arrive prompt at reception to be ticked off.

- A snack of crisps, biscuit and juice will be given to the children- we will get all allergies info.

- Pick up will be through the double doors up the steps past reception.

Under no circumstances should any mobile phones be brought into the school for the disco. If a child has a phone, this will be confiscated until the end.

1st disco
Please meet at reception at 2.45 for a quick briefing ready to start at 3
2nd disco
Please meet at reception at 4.15 to sign your child in and make your way up to the food hall for a quick briefing

All allergies have been checked and the children will be told to wait until they are with their parents or carer to check if they can eat it.
