The team support clients every day to achieve their goals and live independently.
Here is a recent success:
Community Navigators were able to source emergency pet care for a client when he had to be admitted to hospital. This significantly reduced worry and improved health outcomes for our client at a difficult time, as he was concerned he would have to discharge him self early to care for his pets.

“Our Navigators recently visited an elderly lady who was unable to use her garden due to it being overgrown making it unsafe for her - Navs used their local knowledge and connections to engage a voluntary service who were able to cut down/clear all the overgrowth making the ladies garden usable again”
