Grief is often associated with sadness and tears. But what happens when grief also brings anger, guilt, loneliness, fear, regret, resentment, numbness, shame or emotions you struggle to explain?
These difficult emotions can leave us feeling confused, overwhelmed or even guilty for feeling the way we do.
Join us tomorrow for a special conversation, āNavigating the Difficult Emotions of Grief,ā where my guest will be sharing her experience of the difficult emotions of losing her husband, and what helped her navigate them.
This will be an honest, compassionate and practical conversation about the parts of grief we donāt always talk about.
If youāve experienced loss, are supporting someone who is grieving, or simply want to understand grief more deeply, this conversation is for you.
Come with your questions. Come with an open heart. And perhaps, come knowing that whatever you are feeling, you are not alone.
See details about the meeting in the flyer. To join this conversation, simply type, āI am inā in the comments and I will send you the zoom registration link. See you tomorrow at 7pm BST/WAT.
