Ciara & Carley were delighted to be invited to attend the Western Area Mental Health Collaborative – Workshop today.

We were proud to be there as the voice of the MUM (our members), ensuring that their experiences, views & voices remain at the heart of conversations about mental health services & the support available to families in our area.

We believe that by working together, listening to lived experiences and building strong partnerships across the board - from
Community & Voluntary to Statutory, we can help shape a better future & improve mental health services for everyone in our community.

Only 2gether, can we make a difference. 2gether, we can create better mental health outcomes.

*Also fan club moment for Mrs O’ when she was recognised as host for the ‘Fill UR Cuppa’ Podcast before even getting to sit her bum on a seat🥰

🌻💗 Support 2gether- Turning up the volume at Baby, Bump & Beyond! 💗🌻

We were delighted to attend the Baby, Bump & Beyond antenatal event with LAST Sure Start Omagh! 🤰👶💕

It was a wonderful opportunity to meet families, share information about the support we offer, & raise awareness of antenatal & postnatal depression & anxiety.

At Support 2gether, we know that pregnancy & the journey into parenthood can bring a whole range of emotions. We’re here to remind mums, dads & families that they are not alone, & that support, understanding & encouragement are always available. 🌻💗

A huge thank you to LAST Sure Start for inviting us to be part of this lovely event, and to everyone who stopped by our stand for a chat with Mrs O’ and to learn more about Support 2gether. 💗

💙 Supporting one of our own 💙

We’re proud to share this fundraiser for one of our members Aine, whose little boy Caoimhín has shown incredible strength & bravery following a life-changing burn in April 2023.

After spending weeks in the Royal Children’s Hospital Belfast, including time in PICU and Paul Ward, & undergoing numerous surgeries & treatments, Caoimhín continues to show amazing resilience. (Deffo gets that from his amazing Mummy!!)

On 25th October 2026, his mum Aine & her good friend Victoria are taking on the Dublin Marathon to raise vital funds for Little Heroes NI, a charity supporting children & families at the Royal Children’s Hospital Belfast.

As a group, we know how important fundraising is & we’d love to show our support for one of our own to help them reach their target. Every donation, no matter how big or small, would mean so much.

Yesterday, the Support 2gether team had the absolute pleasure of attending the beautiful Stormont Parliament Buildings for a very special celebration of Specialist Perinatal Services & the long-awaited achievement of a Mother & Baby Unit for Northern Ireland. 💜💗🌻

Hearing the history, the struggles & the determination of everyone who has worked so hard to make this vision a reality was truly inspiring! Listening to the lived experiences of mothers who have faced serious perinatal mental health challenges, alongside hearing the plans to bring this much-needed unit to life in Northern Ireland, was both moving & empowering.

There is something incredibly special about sitting in a room filled with people who share the same passion for women’s mental health, all fighting with the same fire in their bellies & working towards a future where no mother has to face these challenges alone. 💕

We left feeling proud, inspired & more determined than ever to continue raising awareness, supporting families & being a voice for those who need it most.

The Pink Ladies stood tall & brought a splash of colour to Belfast! 🌻💗

Here’s to progress, hope, collaboration & a brighter future for mothers & babies across Northern Ireland.

We’d love to hear from you. You don’t need previous charity or governance experience — just an interest in our work, a willingness to contribute and a shared commitment to what we do.
