It was a busy day in the ERANO office today. PCC met with some of our members to hear their concerns and challenges with the health service. We had an informal visit from Mr Alan Moore, Honorary Counsel for Ukraine who enjoyed coffee and a chat with our Ukrainian members. Our English class was on and well attended by students representing several nationalities, and the usual meetings and services were delivered.

The Patient and Client Council (PCC) will be available in the ERANO office tomorrow if anyone needs to discuss in person situations with PCC staff. They will be available one day per month to listen to the concerns and challenges faced by our new communities in accessing health care etc. Please make use of this service to ensure your voice is heard. The OUTREACH CLINIC will be situated within the ERANO office and will also run on Friday 6th December and Friday 10th January.
