Honeytrees Crew on a mission to pick up a Wrigley motor truck to help out in the garden!
It had been on the Montacute estate in Somerset since new and we met the original owner who told us some tales! Fully working and original. Canāt wait to try it out!
We visited Barrington Court NT owned by Colonel Lyle (golden syrup fame) and what a magnificent place it is. To the manor born was filmed here too. More importantly the daughter of the owner of the Wrigley is the assistant head gardener here so we had special treatment!
Of course we had to visit a nursery or two!
Shady Plants- Fern Nursery was an absolute delight. Set at the bottom of a valley in absolutely beautiful countryside and what friendly, welcoming people - Tony and Sylvia. We did manage to come away with quite a few gems!
Pan Global Plants was also great to meet up with Nick Macer and managed to come away with something thatās been on our wish list for years!
