Congratulations to 'Good Times', pictured, who won our My Sight Nottinghamshire Charity Golf day on Friday!

We had a great afternoon at Ruddington Grange Golf Club, starting with delicious sandwiches and chips and a short presentation about My Sight, followed by 18 holes, with a halfway stop for cake and hot drinks.

We raised over £1300, which will help us to reach more people living with sight loss across Nottinghamshire.

The Great British Bake Off started last night and we were drooling over all the delicious baked goods again!

If you're feeling inspired to take on some baking, why not put your skills to good use and host a Charity Bake Sale?

We had a lovely morning at Lambley Primary School talking to the students about , sight loss and eye health as part of National Eye Health Week.

The staff and students also took part in Dress Bright for Sight and raised a fabulous £131.60! A rainbow of colours were on show and everyone looked fantastic!

We enjoyed our quiz so much in June, that we're doing another one!

A HUGE thank you and well done to Lucy and her mum Hattie who raised over £830 taking on the Yorkshire Three Peaks last week for . They walked (and climbed) 40km in 10 hours, well under the 12 hour target, which is incredible!

Lucy and Hattie took on the challenge to thank My Sight Notts for the support Lucy's dad (and Hattie's husband) has received over the years as his sight has degenerated.

The money raised will help us reach more of the 38,000 people living with sight loss across Nottinghamshire. Thank you.

National Eye Health Week starts next Monday. We're going out to schools to talk about eye health, attending the Visionary Conference in Birmingham and hosting our My Sight Notts Charity Golf Day - to name just a few of the activities we're taking on.
