What an incredible privilege for Northampton Saints Foundation to be invited to Parliament today!
We are incredibly proud of our CEO, Jordan Letts, who represented the Foundation at Westminster, joining a panel of experts to give evidence as part of a joint inquiry into children and young people's mental health, led by the Education Select Committee and Health and Social Care Committee.
This was a fantastic opportunity to have a voice in a national conversation that matters so much, sharing real, first-hand experiences of the challenges young people face every day and the difference that early intervention, trusted relationships and community-based support can make.
It was also an opportunity to highlight the vital role organisations like ours play in reaching young people who may otherwise fall through the gaps, and to champion the need for greater recognition, long-term funding and investment in young people's mental health.
We see first-hand the increasing challenges young people face, and we know that with the right support, at the right time, we can make a real difference.
To have our work, experiences and the voices of the young people we support represented at this level is something we are immensely proud of.
A huge well done to Jordan for representing the Foundation, our incredible team and, most importantly, the young people and communities we work with every day.
From Northamptonshire to Parliament, helping shape the conversation for a brighter future.
