Had the super pleasure of representing Children on the Edge today as it’s national children’s day
Went live in a group with over 3000 people to share some ideas 💡 and sent a challenge to help hit the target of 50k by June 6th only 11k to go 🩵🌎🙏

At our preschool classes in Uganda the children gain the skills they need to write, without using a pen and paper!

Through the variety of play-based activities on offer, the children develop their fine motor skills which builds a strong foundation to get them ready to write.

Our photo of the week shows the progression of some of the older children who are putting their skills to the test, confidently drawing and mark making using chalk.

When I started The Purpose Project, I wanted to give small charities a voice and the tools to run massive virtual campaigns. Today, I found out we are in the top 15% of fundraisers for the Marathon. I’m actually speechless! 🥹

THE RESULTS ARE IN: Our first ‘Pilot for Purpose’ project has been an absolute SMASH HIT! 🚀

We’ve always known how to run a great auction, but this pilot took things to a whole new level. We went all-in on TikTok for our main virtual fundraiser think high-energy battles and "Fundraiser Fridays" and the response was electric! ⚡️

We also branched out onto Whatnot, using the platform to sell charity beauty bags, and let me tell you... it’s been a total game-changer. Between the new apps and our classic Games Nights, the synergy has been perfect.

The numbers? You couldn't even plan for results this good. 📈

Even with some funds still pending on Whatnot, seeing these figures pop up on the screen is the ultimate validation of this new business plan. It proves one thing: This strategy works. We are closing this first adventure tomorrow, and it’s been a powerful reminder that we can create a MASSIVE impact for smaller charities that usually get missed.
