The highly acclaimed 2025 docudrama film written and directed by Kaouther Ben Hania. On January 29, 2024. Red Crescent volunteers receive an emergency call. A 5-year-old girl is trapped in a car under fire in Gaza, pleading for rescue. While trying to keep her on the line, they do everything they can to get an ambulance to her. Her name was Hind Rajab.

I’m not sure how much impact petitions have. I’m sure personal letters and emails to politicians have more influence, but even then, perhaps increasingly little.

I wonder how many will sign this petition: Expel all US military personnel and close all US military bases in the UK

We call on the UK Government to cancel all UK-US agreements that permit US personnel and bases to operate in the UK, in order to prevent the UK from being used as a base for any unilateral military action.
