The arts centre offers LIVE music, theatre and comedy shows, plus classes and workshops for all ages in the community! Forest Arts Centre is a thriving arts centre in New Milton on the Hampshire/Dorset border. It is also part of Hampshire Cultural Trust along with the Ashcroft Arts Centre in Fareham and the West End Centre in Aldershot. Looking for a fun and creative way to entertain your children this summer?

Our 'Brick by Brick' Summer Holiday Club offers lots of fun activities, with everyone working together to create their own production based around the LEGO movie - all culminating in a performance at the end of the week!

From arts and crafts, to dance and drama, there's loads to keep the kids busy.
Activities suitable for ages 6 - 13 years.

Whether you're sketching delicate blooms with a biro or letting petals inspire a bold abstract piece, this session is your creative garden.
Join artist Keith Rogers for a relaxed, uplifting evening where flowers are the muse and ink is your tool. No pressure. No rules. Just a couple of hours to explore, express, and enjoy.
You’ll learn how to:
Create fine, detailed floral drawings full of depth and movement
Unlock easy techniques to build expressive, abstract pieces bursting with energy
Expect surprises. Expect a little magic. It’s a joyful, mindful way to spend an evening — and you’ll leave with art that’s entirely your own.

🎬️ Join local and aspiring filmmakers to see, discuss and connect over ongoing and new projects.🎥 Each filmmaker will have the opportunity to show us something they have been working on, whether that's a work in progress, a portfolio piece, a section of a longer project, or a new film pitch.

All film and video disciplines are welcome: narrative, documentary, artist film, music videos or content creation. This session will be an opportunity to workshop your project and get inspired by others!

In the spirit of collaboration, we’d love to welcome creatives adjacent to filmmaking who either collaborate with filmmakers or who are interested in collaborating in the future. This includes; musicians, costume and/ or prop makers, writers and multi-disciplinary producers. You are also welcome to share your work, or come along to observe and meet folks and see what they’re working on!
