We are part of the Mencap family but are an independent registered charity, providing activities and support to people with learning disabilities and their families. Our activities include a wide variety of zoom sessions (fitness, craft, dance and social opportunities) and in-person activities such as a Tuesday evening Gateway Club in New Milton, a Saturday afternoon Club in New Milton and a Thurs

day evening Gateway Club in Brockenhurst. We also offer a dynamic programme of shorter term activities such as walking and cycling, "Healthier Me" sessions and, coming soon, a Digital Drop-In. We have a shop in New Milton (5 Old Milton Road) which provides us with some income towards our activities but otherwise we rely on fundraising events, donations and grant funding to enable us to provide the wide variety of activities and support that we do and an office presence at 1 Old Milton Road, New Milton
