🎶 He’s come home, he’s come home — Josh has come home! 🎶

With hearts full of thanks to God, we share the wonderful news: Josh is home! He has one kidney and 36 staples, but he is so much stronger than he was just one week ago. And to make it perfect — his Spiderman mask arrived the very day he walked through the door. “It’s like Christmas!” he said.

Thank you, everyone, for your prayers, your messages, and your loving support. God has been so good — we have seen His hand at work, and we give Him all the praise. May He bless you all richly for standing with us. 🙏

Update on Josh:

Thank you so much for your prayers — God gave the surgeons wisdom and skill to do all that was needed. Sadly, they had to remove Josh’s left kidney; trying to repair it would have been too dangerous.

There are moments when it is so hard to understand God’s ways — yet we hold fast to His promise: He works all things for good for those who love Him, as. Part of his perfect plan.

It has been hard to watch as a parent, and Josh’s recovery will be painful — but we know none of this has taken our Saviour by surprise. He is still on the throne, and He is holding Josh and all of us close.

Please keep praying: for safety from infection and a full, swift recovery, and for lasting health and strength as Josh lives as a diabetic with one kidney.

Urgent: Joshua (20) had surgery last Wednesday for a kidney blockage. He hasn’t improved as hoped and is back in surgery — with the possibility of losing a kidney. Please pray for Joshua, Rebecca, his brother, and me."
