💪 Well that’s the programme coming to a close - the lads have been absolutely brilliant and it’s been amazing to see how far they’ve all come in terms of boxing, confidence and also the cheekiness has progressed over the weeks that’s made me laugh from start to finish 🤣👌

Again massive thank you to at for being our delivery partner on this, to Paul & the girls for the coaching, for our special guests like and Neil who kept it interesting and inspiring! 🫶

Box & Bars: Week One âś…
Our first session is officially done—and the lads absolutely smashed it. From boxing drills to team building, they brought great energy and respect into the space.

The coaches were really impressed with their effort, and we’re excited to see how they progress over the next few weeks. I asked them to help design a logo for Box & Bars and some of them came up with some brilliant ideas.

They should all be proud of themselves—we definitely are. Huge thanks to and Paul and the girls for the coaching and for for partnering with us on this programme.
