This afternoon we were joined by Alison and Claire from Thirteen Employability Service and some of our fantastic volunteers, to complete engagement around Eshwood Square and surrounding streets. We were keen to talk to residents about the area and what they would like to see happening in the hub. Thanks to the residents who gave us their time and for being so positive.
We will be taking what we have found out today and working together to provide further opportunities for our community.
A big thanks again to our volunteers Mihaela, Dunya, Madina and Francis who are amazing.

A group of local residents in Park Ward are really making a difference to their area. They are working with our Community Development Officer, other Middlesbrough Council staff and Cleveland Police to make improvements. Many are litter picking to keep their estate free of litter.
A big thanks to any of our residents for helping to support our work. If everyone works together it makes such a difference.
At the moment, pink bags are issued to any resident who wishes to litter pick and we are able to provide a hoop and litter picker.
Once bags are full, they can be left somewhere close to Middlesbrough Council bins on streets so that we can collect them.
We do have teams that litter pick every day in our community.
Our next community litter pick is approaching. If you would like to help please get in touch!
