Merthyr Rising Merthyr Rising Festival 2022 will take place 10th - 12th June at Penderyn Square, Merthyr Tydfil

Merthyr Rising is a music, arts and culture festival based in Merthyr Tydfil. Founded in 2013, the festival marks the anniversary of one of the first revolts in 1831, known as the Merthyr Rising and aims to support music and creativity in the local community. The festival attracts world renowned names, local legends and up and coming artists, and has seen performances from the likes of Dreadzone, The Alarm, Beans On Toast, Stereo MCs, Alabama 3, Cast and many more.
