❤️ Happy wednesday we have had a busy week at Hungry Hearts ❤️
What an amazing team effort tonight! Despite the rain, our wonderful volunteers stayed out with us making sure everyone was fed and supported. 🌧️❤️
🍽️ 72 meals were given out tonight, including: • 60 hot dinners
• 10 pizzas
• Salads and other bits
And with 75 meals given out on Monday, that brings us to an incredible 147 meals this week! 🙌
Tonight’s food included chicken chow mein, with 3 dinners also sent over to Lily Smith House, along with 30 chilli con carne jacket potatoes and pizzas.
A huge thank you to Bernie and Emma for helping with the food, Paula for collecting from Pret, and Helen for collecting from Crouches. ❤️
We'd also like to say a special thank you to one of our guests who kindly donated food tonight. It means so much to see kindness being passed on and our community supporting one another. 🥰
And, as always, thank you to Pret A Manger and Crouch Butchers for your continued support and donations.
Finally, a massive THANK YOU to our whole team. You were amazing tonight. Even with the rain coming down, you stayed out there with us and kept everything going with smiles on your faces.

🌙 Our Annual Sleepout is coming up! 🌙
On Friday 16th October, we’ll be taking part in our annual sleepout to raise much-needed funds for our guests. ❤️
We’re asking our wonderful supporters to help us make this year’s sleepout a success. If you’d like to make a donation, you can do so through our JustGiving page using the link below.
