The organisation aims to reach a global audience through media broadcast station "UYG International" and spread our vision as well as carry out our mission to a wider audience and meet our organisational objectives. The company will use its resources to provide accessible training to people in the community with lower income by reaching out to local councils and government for support and referrals of individuals from less privileged backgrounds and support them to reach their full potential in life. The training will also include capacity building workshops and programmes that will enable individuals from difficult backgrounds to discover their skills and develop their talents to unleash their entrepreneurial skills and reach their career goals. For three years, Unleash Yourself with Gladness CIC has been taking domestic abuse awareness into the heart of Maidstone’s community — without external funding.

We’ve stood in shopping centres, spoken with members of the public, listened, raised awareness and encouraged women to seek support.

In 2025 alone:
💜 3 public awareness stalls
💜 Over 120 direct conversations
💜 Around 300 people reached in person
💜 Over 6,000 reached online

Now, with the 16 Days of Action Against Gender-Based Violence beginning on 25 November, we’re ready to do more. Kent County Council Maidstone Borough Council Kent and Medway Domestic Abuse Services

Thanks to the generous backing of Kent County Council’s Public Health Fund and our community supporters, we’ve reached £5,762 in pledges.
But we still need £4,999 to reach our fundraising target!

Your support will help us deliver 6 awareness stalls, 2 Safe Circle wellbeing events, creative workshops and community outreach across Maidstone.
⏳ Deadline: 4 November 2026
🙏🏾 Please donate, share and encourage others to support.
