AllChild

AllChild Together, every child and young person can flourish in their school and community.

We do this by building trusted relationships, providing specialist support and joining up each child’s support system, including families, schools and local organisations, to deliver a personalised 2-year support plan for each child. “Our collaboration with AllChild has enabled us to reach even more children who particularly benefit from consistent, nurturing opportunities."

With almost a decade of experience in the community, Spirix is a trusted player in the Wigan arts scene and has worked with AllChild in Leigh to develop our young people's self-confidence since 2025.

The arts and dance collective provides safe and encouraging spaces for young people to engage with creative projects and get to know their own talents.

Today’s International Youth Day theme, ‘Different Contexts, Common Aspirations’, feels particularly fitting as we celebrate the young people in the growing AllChild Alumni Network.

Our first-ever Alumni Showcase last month brought together 20 alumni from seven West London schools for an end-of year showcase to celebrate how far they have come, reflect on their achievements and look ahead to what’s next.

As one of our alumni put it: “Even though we’re all on our own journey, we’re intersecting in a way.”

The AllChild Alumni Network is a vibrant community of ambitious young people, each with their own strengths, experiences and talents, but connected by a shared desire to unlock their potential and become confident leaders who can spark change in their communities.

In this latest blog, Maia Jarvis and Nathaniel Laydon from our Communities Engagement Team share just how the Alumni Network ensures young people continue to achieve their goals after the Impact Programme has finished. Also, you can hear directly from some of our alumni in their own words just what they've gained from being part of the Alumni Network.

"We use music to initiate conversation, which [...] allows us to look inwardly and better understand not just the music we listen to, but the music we create in collaboration." 🎤

Steve Eusébe's career as a singer, songwriter, producer and social care worker placed him in a unique position: he saw first-hand the positive effect music can have on young people's wellbeing and emotional regulation.

As the founder of music service/mental health support provider Do The Mic Thing, Steve works with AllChild in West London as a Delivery Partner, where he supports young people to develop their social, behavioural and emotional skills by creating music that tells their stories and expresses their feelings in a healthy way.

In this Delivery Partner Spotlight, Steve explains how he uses music as a way to reach young people in need of additional support and the real impact it can have.
