Hammersmith Community Gardens Association (HCGA) is a local environmental charity who look after green spaces in west London for people and wildlife.

We bring the community together and educate on food growing, nature and the environment.

A very wet gardening session in Queens Park Gardens this morning with 2 dedicated volunteers. There’s something quite nice about gardening in the rain.

On Friday we attended CW+ Nature and Biophilia in Hospitals Symposium 2026. We made botanical mocktails for the attendees to drink during the lunch break. We enjoyed hearing about projects in hospitals across the UK and having the opportunity to tell others about the bedside gardening we do in two local hospitals.
