Last week on Juniors, Modulr took over WEST for the second time during Volunteer Week! 😃

From sports tournaments and rocket ship building to team games and drama fun, the energy and collaboration was incredible. 🚀 Our members loved it and they even enjoyed a free BiteCity Café hot meal on Modulr! 😋

A huge thank you to the Modulr staff, we are super grateful for you volunteering your time to help out on session!

Here at WEST, we’re so proud of corporate partnerships like this that bring fun activities and opportunities to our young people 💜

Last week on Holiday Club, our young people got hands-on with science during the launch of GSK STEM workshops at WEST 🧪✨

From creating slime to solving crimes, our members fully immersed themselves in activities designed to spark creativity and curiosity around real-world STEM careers.

A huge thank you to the fantastic GSK volunteers who helped bring these workshops to life, it was great to see our members so engaged!

We’re proud to be part of a this pilot programme and partnership that shares a common goal of inspiring young people and opening up opportunities across Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths 🚀 We can't wait for the next sessions in October half-term!

Last week, we were delighted to welcome Peter Estlin to take over our Make & Take Kitchen 👨‍🍳🍝

Peter guided members step by step through making a delicious pasta dish and of course, eating it was the best part! Alongside cooking, the group also had the opportunity to hear about Peter’s time as Lord Mayor of the City of London and what he's up to now!

A huge thank you to Peter for such an inspiring and engaging session! 🙌
