The Premier League is back!

As millions of fans head to pubs to watch the action this season, we're proud to be working with Guinness 0.0 and Greene King to help make matchdays more inclusive for everyone.

More than 4,000 Greene King team members have now completed Kick It Out training to help recognise and respond to discrimination, with new reporting measures in place across Greene King sports pubs so fans can report discriminatory behaviour.

Together, we're taking positive steps to make football a game where everyone feels welcome.

Following the announcement that he will step down at the end of the 2026/27 season, Kick It Out Chair Sanjay Bhandari MBE joined Sky Sports News to reflect on the role and the priorities that will remain for his successor.

Kick It Out Chair Sanjay Bhandari MBE will step down from his role at the end of the 2026/27 season.

Since joining in 2019, Sanjay has helped transform Kick It Out, strengthening our independence and governance, while overseeing a new board, leadership team and organisational structure.

As we begin the search for our next Chair, Sanjay said:

To wrap up South Asian Heritage Month, we're celebrating the people helping make football more welcoming for everyone.

As Campaign Manager for Fans for Diversity, Nilesh has worked to bring communities together through the game, creating opportunities for more supporters to feel they belong.

This year's theme, Unity in Diversity, reminds us that football is strongest when everyone has a place in it.
