Our first episode of The outreach diaries and our first diary entry as it were is now back online... πŸ™πŸΌ

We are continuing on with our mission here as you read this... and preparing for a 900km drive to reach at least 35 children we have leads on in another region.

It's been truly miraculous, and I'm grateful to be documenting the miraculous happening, rather than just speaking about it as I have these years.

With the love of humanity behind us, and the guidance of a loving God ahead of us, we believe this mission will touch the lives of countless children who simply need to be seen, loved, and comforted after the hardships they have endured... and, for many, continue to endure as I write these words.

Thank you for walking this journey with us. We could not be the family we are and out here in the bush searching without you.

With love and gratitude, as always, from myself & the entire Creator Share family, God bless you all 🀍

Outreach Diaries – Day 2 & 3
A Lesson Learned 🀍

After a successful first day of our outreach mission, our team continued the next morning to follow more leads to children who might be in need of our help.

Something we'd like to share is, the immense struggle families living in rural bush locations have trying to find a solution for their special needs children.

There are so many amazingly strong mothers and fathers in this world. The families we have met live far from the nearest town, many without running water, living from their land and animals with little income for transport, hospital bills or medication. Yet despite these challenges, they raise their children best they can.

Not every child we meet needs to come into our care. While we do come across real emergencies, we also meet children who are deeply loved by families who simply need help with surgery, medical care or transport. These mothers and fathers are truly invisible heroes. πŸ€πŸ™

Then there are parents who simply cannot carry the situation alone anymore. They have done everything they could, but their resources have run out.

When we find a child tied up or locked away, our hearts tell us no child should live this way, and often it it is born of neglect and superstition, yet in others its the only solution families can find out of love and necessity to keep their children safe as they work to survive themselves.

Opening Eden Children's Village doesn't only help children... It also gives exhausted mothers and fathers the chance to breathe after years of carrying impossible burdens ultimately.

Today, I'm deeply grateful that we can do both - Welcome children into a safe, loving environment where they can live as free as possible, and support the parents who love them so deeply as we do. 🀍

Thank you for helping us continue this mission. Your support keeps our doors open, and your love shares healing and hope. πŸ™πŸ•Š

Today we embark on our Outreach Mission to find 60+ children with special needs... Irene is the first of hopefully many children who will find a safe and loving home in our care over the next weeks. Outreach Diaries - Day One

One week ago as I was sitting with John St Julien on our sofa at home, he suddenly got startled, he raised his hands over his head and was clearly having some spiritual experience that I witnessed right next to him... God spoke to him this very moment, He gave John clear instructions: Collect every lead, report or rumour of children in need - "Go out, find them. And I will come."

The next morning we started collecting the children we knew about - 4 turned into 15, 15 turned into 20, then another 20. Today we have more than 60 children we have set out to find just as God asked us to, and the list continues to grow as we go...
The children are spread out over different regions of the country and it will take 7,000+ km to reach all of them, some of them deep in the tanzanian bush.

I have never once heard about a coordinated rescue mission of special needs children of this scale before, and I humbly believe that this is a "one of its kind" quest that God has entrusted us with.
Seeing John and two of our team members head out together, packed, ready to camp rural as they slowly edge there way deeper into the bush to find the invisible children, has deeply touched my heart. They were completely surrendered, knowing only that God will guide them to the children who need to be found, wherever they are and however challenging the road to them may be.

The first day of our Outreach Diaries has been completed and little Irene is the first, of hopefully many, children who will find a safe and loving home in our care over the coming weeks.

As I looked at my own children sleeping peacefully in their bed this morning, I thanked God for guiding us to Irene. For making sure that she too will sleep as peacefully as any child in this world should.
And I thanked God for giving the heart and strength to John and our team to go out and find them - for using their drive, their power and passion to protect the most vulnerable children in this world... What a gift to be entrusted with this mission.🀍

I kindly ask you all to join me in my prayers to protect our team as they are out to reach the invisible children - and, of course, to send a special prayer to each and every child that is still hidden in the dark right now, that is locked away, tied up, starved, in pain, or has simply been forgotten. Stay strong, little angels, we will come for you.🀍

And I would like to thank you for taking the time to read this message - Thank you for the love and support from you all. Without it, we simply cannot reach the children, nor can we offer them the safe and loving home that they deserve and need to find healing and hope again.

Thank you for being with us on this mission.πŸ™πŸ€βœ¨

In deep gratitude,

Happy Fathersday to our founder and visionary John St Julien πŸ€πŸ™
11 Years ago you've started this family, both bravely and fully in faith, trusting that Spirit will protect and care for every single child of this unusual family that we all are... You have walked into places and situations that are far from safe or loving and took children that were invisible to humanity out of their suffering and into the safe arms of our wonderful team of mothers, caregivers and so many more..!

Today more than 380 children are provided with their every day needs, safe homes, medical care, education, therapy and most importantly, love, because you were brave enough to open your heart so fully to children you had never met before, taking on their full responsibility in faith and trust and surrendered your life to their wellbeing and protection.

We are forever grateful for this momentum that you've brought into the world and that we are blessed to continue to care for every day.
Our family brought together people from all around the world who followed your footsteps, sharing their love and support with our children and being part of the foundation that grows the safety and healing for all children in our care and those we are yet to meet.

What a fantastic gift this family is! πŸŒΌπŸ’›

Thank you, John, for being Baba to our children.
Happy Fathersday! πŸ’«

Over 10 years ago, our founder John, whilst starting out in our humble beginnings, rode a motorcycle around the foothills of Kilimanjaro with one other team member.

They were collecting details of children in child labour or at risk of it through an inability to access full-time education. During one trip, he met Honest, a then primary school child.

Honest was sponsored for his education after being posted on Facebook.

Quite amazingly years later, with a team of over 260 employees at the time, John whilst out of the country facing health challenges. We employed a new vet to join the team. It was only when John returned that he recognised this vet. He was one of the thousands of children we have helped into education, and in a beautiful full circle moment, Honest, having worked hard... now works at our dog rescue shelter, Kilimanjaro Animal Rescue, which is where our founders' work of establishing full-time care for those in need began. What a beautiful story it is.

With love and gratitude from the entire Creator Share Family... without you, none of these miraculous stories would be rising from magical red soils of Tanzania πŸ‡ΉπŸ‡Ώ 🀍✝️

Tanzania's Uhuru Torch, the Freedom Torch, is one of the nation's most sacred symbols, representing freedom, equality, integrity, respect for human dignity, and peace. It was first lit at the peak of Mount Kilimanjaro on the eve of Independence Day, December 9th 1961, under the order of the Father of the Nation, Mwalimu Julius Nyerere, a flame kindled to symbolise freedom and the raising of a new nation. Since then, it has been carried through every district of Tanzania each year, saying "no" to poverty, inequality, illiteracy and disease.

This year, that flame came to us. To Eden Children's Village.

Deeply honoured and humbled that the Uhuru Torch relay chose to visit our newly opened special needs children's village in Handali, a recognition that what is happening here matters to Tanzania and its children. The event was quite a sight... With a strong military presence accompanying the political convoy, a reminder of just how seriously Tanzania holds this tradition and the weight it carries in the national conscience. The energy was extraordinary, joyful, powerful, and deeply moving for the team, children, and I.

For ... children, many of whom the world has overlooked, forgotten, or turned away from, to be seen by the nation in this way is profound. The voice and plight of children with special needs is growing louder. Visits like this amplify that voice in ways that no document or report ever could. It says: *these children count. Their lives matter. Their village is part of this nation's story.

None of this would be possible without our amazing family across the world that has made this possible. Friends, donors, supporters, people who have never met these children but love them without condition from a distance. You make this family possible. You are why Eden exists... Today, a little piece of Tanzania's history stood inside these gates for all of us. Those reading this included. πŸ™πŸΌ

Thankyou God for making the plight of our invisible children, all the more visible in the consciousness of Tanzania and beyond.

In love and gratitude always, from our ever growing Creator Share Family 🀍

What a privilege it is to love you all, to fight for you all, to provide and protect you all. You will never be a burden to me, even when the mind wrestles with fatigue or stress, ill health, or any of these human conundrums we encounter. Family, and all the responsibility and beautiful chaos it brings...will always be the greatest honour, privilege, and blessing life has to offer me. I'm sure.

Thank you, God, for the greatest of gifts a man could have hoped for.

Goodnight from Eden, everyone, with love from all of our miraculous, beautiful, and ever growing family πŸ« πŸ™πŸΌπŸ€

She was to be a child bride. Today, she is a police officer. πŸ™πŸΌ

When we first met Veronica, her future had already been decided for her, not by her own dreams, but by circumstance, poverty, and a culture that said a girl's value was measured by what she could be traded for.

We said no to that story.

We became her full-time guardians, gave her a home, an education, and most importantly the message that her life was *hers* to build. That she was worth fighting for. That God wasn't finished writing her chapter.

And look at her now.

Standing in uniform. Decorated with flowers. Laughing with the kind of joy that only comes from having walked through fire and come out the other side. Veronica has graduated and has been stationed at her first post as an active police officer.πŸ˜„

This is why we do what we do.

Every late night, every hard conversation, every resource stretched thin, this moment is the answer to all of it. Not just a life saved, but a life *launched*. A woman who will now spend her career protecting others, perhaps even girls just like the one she used to be.

This is what rescue actually looks like. Not just pulling someone out of a bad situation, but walking with them, year after year, until they become everything they were always meant to be.

God is so good...And Veronica, we couldn't be more proud of you. 🀍
