We promote real nappies through regular info talks, demos, stalls at local events, nappuccinos, real We are a friendly informal network and welcome new faces!

We are a group of parents and carers who promote real nappies. We are supported by the Hackney Recycling team and work with Real Nappies for London. We run regular events, give talks at classes and run information stalls at events. Contact us for more information or to receive regular enewsletters.

Last chance for a reusable nappy demo before the summer holidays!

Friday 10th July 10-11am Hackney Central Library

Our events are always free and everyone is welcome to attend! If you are a total beginner or starting again second or third time round come and find out more about reusable nappies.

Mel’s sling checks are after us from 11 but you need to BOOK IN with Mel so checkout her event details first to see if it’s the right session for you.

We are going ahead with our meet, give and take this Wednesday despite the heat. 12-1:30. Let us know if you are coming!! If it’s too hot to come out we totally get it so it’d be handy to gauge whether people will still come or not, as it will help us know how many nappies to lug out to

We will bring lots of ice to add to drinks to keep cool.

June events coming up starting with our nappy demo this Friday 10am Hackney Central Library. Find us inside the library on the first floor, by the piano at the right hand side as you enter the library.

Save the date June 24th for our meet, give and take as it’s the last one before the summer break and we have had a lot of donations in for you guys to come help yourself to, totally free as always!

If you can’t make the demo this Friday we will also have an info stall at the Hackney Service centre (behind the town hall) on Monday 15th June 10am-12 so I can answer all your questions then too.

As always we are joining forces with Mel who will be following our 10am demo from 11am with sling checks but please book in with her if you want help!

🤑 Buy preloved nappies for the win! Lots of great brands have gone bust and are only available second hand so the variety is great and there are plenty of bargains to be found.
