A Call to Music Societies, Festivals, and Concert Promoters

Over the past years, New Trinity Baroque has been receiving wonderful support and recognition, and we would like to thank everyone who has followed and supported our work.

In recent seasons the ensemble has presented a wide range of historically informed performances, including concert programmes, operas, and collaborations with internationally recognised artists, receiving critical praise and growing international attention.

Since Artistic Director Predrag Gosta has been based in London since 2018, the ensemble has gradually expanded its activities in England. We are therefore very pleased to announce a further expansion of our work, with a number of projects and performances planned in the coming months.

We would be very happy to hear from music societies, festivals, and concert promoters across the UK and beyond who may be interested in hosting our performances. Our programmes range from chamber concerts to orchestral projects, and from cantatas to operas and oratorios, presented in historically informed performance.

Accordingly, we are also pleased to announce our newly redesigned website, which contains more information about our work, recordings, and upcoming projects.

As a UK-registered charity, New Trinity Baroque is also interested in connecting with individuals who may wish to support our work, including those interested in joining our Board of Trustees.

For more information please visit newtrinitybaroque.org or contact us at [email protected].

We look forward to many exciting musical collaborations ahead.

We are proud to be part of the first ever period-instrument production of 'Giulio Cesare in Egitto' in Serbia, which premiered to critical acclaim on 26 January 2026 at Opera & Theatre Madlenianum in Belgrade, in co-production with New Belgrade Opera.

Presented by London-based New Trinity Baroque, the production returns to Belgrade for two reprises on 1 March and 23 April 2026, ahead of further European and UK performances in the coming months.

The ensemble is led by baroque violinist Simone Pirri and directed from the harpsichord by its founder and director, Predrag Gosta. The international cast features Italian-Belgian countertenor Sandro Rossi in the title role of Giulio Cesare, Serbian soprano Radoslava Vorgić as Cleopatra, Spanish-Argentinian mezzo-soprano Julia Portela Piñón as Tolomeo, Italian contralto Federica Moi as Cornelia, Serbian bass-baritone Sreten Manojlović as Achilla, and Croatian soprano Silvija Radjen Kumar as Sesto.
