Talitha began by providing arts workshops to International Justice Mission, working in association with professionals in aftercare homes for girls rescued from sexual trafficking and violent abuse in India. Talitha’s work has expanded to other vulnerable client groups within the UK, conducting workshops for women coming out of domestic violence and also for survivors of sexual exploitation, as wel

l working those living with dementia. Talitha is of particular value to those who find engaging and communicating challenging due to language barriers, trauma, sexual exploitation and/or emotional and physical abuse.

To make things even more exciting, June is kicking off with incredible momentum at Talitha. This week, we are launching two brand-new creative arts programmes with two new partners:
🎨 Supporting incredible caregivers at Greenwich Carers
🎭 Bringing therapeutic arts to Globe Court Care Home in Tower Hamlets

This vital new work sits alongside our ongoing weekly sessions supporting young girls overcoming disadvantages at The Baytree Centre in Brixton.
