Cheshunt Counselling Established back in 2008, Cheshunt Counselling is a non for profit company in Hertfordshire offering therapy services to help all achieve a healthy mind.

Our low cost service is available to those on low income. Here at Cheshunt Counselling, we offer a safe and empathic space to help you to explore the issues in your life and move towards the outcomes you desire. We work with individuals (including children) and couples, face to face, online and over the telephone. For those on a low income we offer a low cost service so that therapy is available for all. It has been a long time in the making, but I have put together all the things that I have been working with people on over the last 14 years of coaching and created The Secure Partner Method.

A 3 month coaching programme to help you attract the intimate relationship that you want and get you into the world of dating ready to meet the right person for you... finally.

And if you don't think that you have got to where you want to be in that time and have done all the things we agreed to work on... I will give you a month of extra coaching free of charge.
That is how confident I am in the programme.

Thank you for following us over the time you have been here.
We have been very quiet on our socials for a while due to running out of funds to keep regular posting going.

We have had many a discussion over the last year about closing the low cost part of Cheshunt Counselling due to the lack of funding we have been able to access over the past couple of years, but have decided to turn to you for help in the first instance, to see if you can assist in keeping our services going.

We have just set up a crowdfunding page and would be extremely grateful if you could visit this and help us out in any way possible, so that we can keep offering mental health services to those who would otherwise be unable to afford private therapy.

With the mental health crisis that we see at the moment and the NHS waiting lists in excess of a year, the service we offer is invaluable, so please do help out in any way you can, even if it is just a £1 or 2.
If enough people can help, then we should reach our target in no time!

Great to see that the Counselling agency that I started back in 2008 is being recognised for all the hard work we have put in over the years.

This award is fully deserved by all that work there.

If you or anyone that you know is in need of help, then do reach out as we have help and a fee bracket that most can afford.

Sessions start from just £10 for those on low incomes, which in these trying times is more and more people.

Sessions are available online for those who aren't in the Cheshunt area.
