Try it today.
Stand in the sun.
Do nothing.

You'll be tapping into your circadian rhythm via its biggest switch: sunshine.
It'll help regulate your mood, hormones and can help you sleep better. 💛

Life packed. Head full. Energy stretched?

The most powerful word to help you right now is NO.

No to extra shifts when you’re shattered.
No to plans on your only day off.
No to stretching your energy – or your budget.

Saying no isn’t negative. It’s setting boundaries and protecting your wellbeing.

Clearly, we’re not saying never buy lunch out – life’s too short, salads are delicious 🥗
But if you do this a few times a week instead, it’ll help keep costs down 👇

🥗 Start with a cheap salad base
Grab the basic £3 salad or bag and add upgrades (egg, tinned tuna, chickpeas). Same vibe. Less spend.

🍽️ Cook once, eat twice
Make one extra portion at dinner and pack it before you sit down. Tomorrow’s lunch = sorted.

👜 Keep a back‑up lunch at work
Soup, pasta pots, wraps – perfect for those days plans fall apart and the £££ salad starts calling.
