Corporate AI adoption is accelerating at pace, but the impact on workers isn't always considered.

Our recent report from the AI Company Data Initiative (AICDI) - the world's largest dataset on corporate AI adoption - reveals stark findings for AI governance and workforce protections, as highlighted in this Forbes article by Daniel Fallmann ⤵️

We found that:
- 14% of companies publicly evidenced policies to mitigate the negative impacts of AI systems on workers
- 7% of companies publicly reported conducting an assessment of the human rights impact of AI
