St Mary Hornsey Rise St Mary Hornsey Rise is a Church of England church in N19. Come As You Are, Do What You Can. Every day of the week. Monday to Friday: 10am to 3pm.

Sunday Services: 10.15am for all / 5pm for Youth. St Mary’s is a local church. Most of our members have their homes in the streets and estates of the parish. Our congregation comes from many races and all age groups. It seeks to be active in the community, and worships in a fairly informal style. We want to be faithful to God, but not ‘churchy’.

Let's grow our faith together

This Thursday we're gathering to explore prayer and thanksgiving together. As we continue our journey through Philippians, we'll be reflecting on how gratitude shapes our prayers and helps us recognise God's presence in everyday life.

Wherever you are on your faith journey, come and join us.

What’s the most generous gift you’ve ever been given?

This Sunday, we're looking at what it means to become a generous person. Not just with money, but with our time, our welcome, our kindness...

We'll be exploring generosity in Philippians 4 and Matthew 22, and we'll also be collecting donations for the Foodbank, so feel free to bring something along if you're able.

This Sunday we welcome Tamsin back after surgery and we're so glad to have her with us again.

This month Tamsin will be praeching, and leading prayer groups and bible studies, on the theme of becoming. It's a month of asking some big questions: Not just what do I have? but who am I? And who is God shaping me to become?

Come and say hi to Tamsin on Sunday, and find out who YOU are called to be.
