Our campaigning worked!!!

PMDD officially has its very own page on the NHS A-Z website.

Thanks to all your support, and the hundreds of cases submitted to push for a dedicated PMDD page, we can finally confirm that this has launched.

We’re delighted to be the signposted organisation on this page and hope to see real improvement in recognition, diagnosis and ongoing support for the PMDD community going forwards.

Ask and you shall receive!!!! SO many of you have been asking questions about PMDD in relation to pregnancy.

From planning a pregnancy to breastfeeding, post-partum to SSRI’s, we’ve covered it all in our brand new FREE resource which you can find on our website.

Thanks to our incredible Clinical Advisory Board for developing this guide, with a special mention to Dr Anna Cantlay & thank you to YAS BANKS for making it look so beaut!!!

We’re working on plenty more resources to add to our library but let us know what else you’d like to learn more about in the comments below ⬇️

And yes, we know it’s easier said than done. This isn’t about dismissing your feelings, just giving yourself a little more space before acting on them.

Hot weather can put extra strain on your body, and when you add hormonal changes into the mix, it can make periods and PMDD symptoms feel even more intense.
