Meet Rev Daniel Obed Masaba, one of our Youth Mentors.

He is a graduate of of Theological and Biblical studies from Presbyterian Church of East Africa University, AFCM and Emmaus Bible School, in Kenya.

He also has experience in Spiritual Rehabilitative guidance for Youths in Rehabilitation and Correctional facilities.

He is currently Directorate of chaplaincy section, for the Government of Kenya State Department of Correctional services.

He is a disciplined uniformed chaplain since the year 2006 and has also undergone comprehensive paramilitary training.

From February 2025, free Girls Wellness Workshops were we are focusing on a safe space where girls can reflect, explore, reframe and improve their positive coping strategies.

The Mentoring Mentee Action Plan

A critical part of our program includes writing actionable, personalized goals to create positive behavioral change. Writing down goals isn’t just a tasks, it became a transformation. It strengthened habits, engaged participants and helped bridge the gap between intention and action.

Using either SMART or PACT goal setting to chart your journey:

SMART Goals

S: Specific
M: Measurable
A: Achievable
R: Results-oriented
T: Time-based

PACT Goals

P: Purpose
A: Action
C: Continuous
T: Trackable

Actionable questions for success:

1️⃣ What was the goal, ability, or skill you wanted to achieve?

3️⃣ What did you do to overcome them?
4️⃣ When did you begin?

Using tools that develop resilience, strength and ultimate success, these workshops set the bar for attendees!
