The International Opera Awards

The International Opera Awards Promoting excellence in international opera and providing funding for the operatic community through The Opera Awards Foundation.

The International Opera Awards were founded in 2012 in partnership with Opera Magazine and have been running annually ever since. The aims of the International Opera Awards are simple:
•To raise the profile of opera as an art form
•To recognise and reward success from those involved in opera
•To generate funds to provide bursaries for aspiring talent in opera from around the world. Winners are ann

We are delighted that Gregory Kunde and Edward Seckerson have both agreed to take part in a Desert Island Disc style event. Gregory will discuss his career with Edward Seckerson and will choose some of his favourite pieces of music. Thanks to Leslie MacLeod-Miller who is hosting the event.
