This isn’t just a walk.

I have learned a lot about myself during the sessions which has enabled me to accept my trauma and aim to move past it at my own pace.”

This October, we’re lacing up our boots and stepping out together for women and girls facing violence and abuse.

Whether you’re an experienced hiker or have never joined a group walk before, this is a space built for connection, for solidarity, and for taking powerful steps side by side. A trauma-responsive, culturally attuned community, walking as one.

🗓️ Saturday 10th October 2026
📍 Meet 8am, Mile End Station & Mile End Park (Copperfield Street)
🚌 Coach travel (approx. 1.5 hrs) to Box Hills, Surrey
🥾 3-mile hike, 2 to 3 hours, with a lunch pit stop
🕓 Back in Mile End by 4:30 pm
👩 Women only. All fitness levels welcome.
