Supporting Carers Week 2026 at the Trust 🐝

This year, the theme is Building Carer Friendly Communities and aims to highlight the impact carer friendly communities can have in making a real and lasting difference to the lives of carers everywhere.

The Ealing and Hounslow Young Carers Project is delivered by Brentford FC Community Sports Trust and offers support and advice to young carers aged between 8 and 18, who live in the London Boroughs of Ealing and Hounslow.
