We're recruiting for a Data and Membership Officer!

This role will play a pivotal role in supporting the smooth running of our internal processes and supporting our network of nearly 17,000 accredited Living Wage employers.

If you're a pro at data management, stakeholder engagement, and administration, then we want to hear from you!

Contract: Full time
Location: London/hybrid
Salary: £31,262 (+£3,472 London weighting)

For 6.3 million workers in the UK, a job doesn’t necessarily mean a secure and reliable income. ⚠️

That’s almost one in five workers in insecure work – not knowing whether they’ll have enough hours to make ends meet, if they’ll still have work in a few months’ time, or when their shifts will be (or if they will happen at all).

And if you're disabled, Black, or aged over 70 you are even more likely to be affected. 🦽

No one should have to trade security for flexibility.

Our Living Hours accreditation provides a practical roadmap for employers to provide the security workers need to thrive, through:
📜Contracts that reflect the hours people actually work
⏰Decent notice of shifts
💰Guaranteed payment when shifts are cancelled
⌛A guaranteed minimum of 16 hours a week
