We are hiring a new treasurer on our trustee board!

Our Board of Trustees is diverse and includes several experts by experience. We wish to recruit a Trustee in the role of Treasurer to oversee the financial health of the charity.

This is an unpaid (volunteer) role and is not paid, but you will be reimbursed for charity expenses like travel and food, where applicable.

Your Role as Trustee
You will volunteer mostly remotely with the occasional meeting elsewhere in the London borough of Lewisham.

A financial background is desired although experience working in the charitable sector is not essential.

Overlook budgeting, financial forecasting, risk management and resource allocation.

What are the benefits?
Develop and refine financial skills;
Work together with other people in running a charity;
Serve and feel connected to our community;
Opportunities to network with other organisations and peoples;
Opportunities to be part of the activities of the charity;
Volunteering will enhance any CV.
