We are so lucky to be supported by Ikea Greenwich 🤩

🌠They recently donated 30 Baby Boxes to MammaKind, containing sleeping bags, blankets, rattles, soft toys, towels and bibs. We are so grateful to Ikea Greenwich and the IKEA Foundation for their support. These boxes will help so many families in need, around Lewisham and Greenwich.🌠

We were also lucky to have the team from Ikea Greenwich come and volunteer with us for a day and are so grateful that they got stuck in and rolled their sleeves up to help us.🙌

With your help, we can go even further and reach more families. Last year, MammaKind supported nearly 2,000 children by providing families with essential items such as clothing, nappies, beds, hygiene products, toys and books.

We had a team of 15 employees from Goldman Sachs volunteering in our warehouse on Tuesday and they did an amazing job with our donations pile! Thank you so much! 🙌

From now until 16 June, every donation you make to MammaKind through the Big Give will be DOUBLED, thanks to The Childhood Trust

That means twice the nappies, twice the clothing, twice the support for families who need it most.

£20,000 will help to:

🌠Provide baby and child essentials to 464 children aged 0–7, including older siblings, living in poverty in South East London, ensuring support is delivered quickly when needs are most urgent.

🌠Provide vital support to 264 families experiencing financial hardship, reducing immediate stress by removing the cost of essential items such as nappies, clothing, prams and cots.
