We are open most Thursdays and Fridays at St James Manston Parish Hall. POST CODE LS15 8JB
Lots of our food is good quality surplus food which would have gone to landfill. We are committed to stopping food waste and offering affordable food for all.
We work with others to help the environment and help with the cost of living.
We buy food from an organisation called Fareshare who distribute food from supermarkets which they can’t sell because they’ve made too much.
We all need some help with the cost of living at the moment !
Come and see what amazing food we have this week…
OPENING TIMES
Thursdays 2-4pm & 6-7pm
and Friday 9-11am.
We are also offering free tea and coffees and a chat in the church on Thursday Afternoons.
The Products will vary week by week

All local crafters are welcome to join us at our local community craft group next Wednesday 3rd June.

Whatever the weather is doing by then, this is an opportunity for you to come along and spend a couple of hours on your own craft projects, or even ask one of our members for advice. All crafters are welcome, whatever your craft.

This group operates on a Pay As You Can scheme, with a recommended minimum donation of £2.

As part of Loneliness Awareness Week (15–21 June 2026), Connecting Crossgates is looking for volunteers to help lead simple activities and conversations that bring people together.

This is a chance to help people feel more connected and welcome in our community.
If you have an idea or would like to help organise something at one of our groups or just want to support others to connect, we’d love to hear from you.
