Yesterday was our mystery trip but the weather wasn't on our side so a change of destination was needed. Instead of heading to Whitehaven, we ended up in Newcastle! Thanks to David J Skeldon and Bibby's of Ingleton Ltd for another great day out.

Today's Crazy Hat Event was a huge success despite a last minute change of entertainment. Raised funds for the Caton & Brookhouse Friendship Club with help from Poppy Holiday. Everyone seemed to have fun singing and dancing.

Today's trip to Barton Grange and then on to Blackpool tower ballroom for afternoon tea was another huge success. Lovely to see people enjoying the dancing and the food was great too. Thanks to the wonderful David J Skeldon for getting us there and back safely. More pics and videos to follow...

Hi everyone. Zoe from Wavecrest has asked me to request help from our members (and anyone else). She is holding a Cake and Coffee fundraiser in aid of St John's hospice on Friday 22nd May from 9am-4pm at the salon. if you would donate a cake or bake it would be appreciated and also feel free to attend. donations can be dropped off at the salon on wednesday, thursday or friday. Zoe has always supported our fundraisers so please do your best to return the favour.

Yesterday's trip to Harrogate and the Flower show was another great day. Weather was superb. 's of Ingleton
