🎭 Free Tickets Available for a Relaxed (inclusive) Performance at Hull Truck Theatre!

Dear Special Stars Foundation families,
We have been kindly offered some FREE tickets for the relaxed performance of The 39 Steps at Hull Truck Theatre, and we'd love to share them with you.

Tuesday 3 November
7:30pm
Ages 11+
Running time: 2 hours 20 minutes (including interval)

This relaxed performance is designed to provide a more comfortable and accessible theatre experience.

Content guidance: Includes mild threat, moments of suspense, stylised violence, and comic depictions of peril.

🎟️ If your child or family member would be interested in attending, please email [email protected] to request tickets.

Places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, so please get in touch as soon as possible if you'd like to attend.

💃 DANCE SESSION REMINDER! 🕺

A gentle reminder that tomorrow’s dance sessions will take place at Hull Central Library. 📍

Please note that there will be no dance sessions in November or December.

Dance will return on Saturday 30th January at Jubilee Central.

FREE Seasonal Flu Vaccinations Available Today!

Dear service users and followers, we have 3 FREE flu vaccination appointments available today for children with additional needs through the NHS seasonal vaccination programme.

- Available for children aged 4 years and over
- Siblings aged 2 years and over can also receive their vaccination
- If booking for a sibling, both children can be seen within the same appointment slot

There was plenty of Halloween magic in the kitchen at our latest Cooking Club, as our young chefs got stuck into a very special Spooky Cooking session! 🍪

From scary treats to lots of laughter, creativity and fun, it was wonderful to see children building confidence, developing new skills and enjoying time with friends in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Our cooking sessions for children with disabilities and additional needs take place once a month, and we'd love to welcome even more young chefs to join us.
