Springboard - Learner Led Support!

We are a programme supported by the Youth Employment Initiative targeted at people aged 18 - 29 years old in Hull and 18 - 25 in the Humberside area. We understand the barriers that people face and we offer to support you with a range of needs. We help you take control of your future through learner-led Key Worker model. Free and voluntary, your Key Worker puts you at the centre and is flexible to suit you. They will help put a plan in place to achieve your goals, that's including support from appointments to finding the right training for you! We give you access to a number of providers who off specialist provision, learning and self-development opportunities.

Not only do we cover the above, you can also speak to us about: 👍Housing 👍Benefits, budgeting and finances 👍Childcare 👍Qualifications and training 👍Confidence building, anxiety or mental health 👍Help with travel 👍Support going to appointments or filling out applications 👍Pre-employment support to get closer to the labour market.
