We’re recruiting: Facilities Manager

Are you practical, organised and confident leading maintenance and property compliance? Join Accommodation Concern and help keep our offices and supported accommodation safe, well maintained and welcoming.

This is a hands-on management role across North Northamptonshire, combining practical maintenance with leadership, contractor oversight and responsibility for planned and reactive work.

37.5 hours per week | £32,000–£36,000 per annum, depending on experience, qualifications and competence.

A full UK driving licence and access to a suitable vehicle for work are required. IOSH Managing Safely or an equivalent qualification is essential, or you must be willing to obtain it within an agreed period.
