Sometimes it's the unplanned evenings that are the best.
Tonight we laughed until tears rolled.
We've had everything from great conversations , to jiving, to residents re enacting the boat scene from titanic as the sound of Celine Dion played on full volume, and then came ..... Oops upside your head !
I have no words 🤣
Was it a good idea for residents ranging in age from their 70's to their 90's, to excitedly get down on the floor on a whim and perform a party favourite from their youth - absolutely not!!
Did it make the night one to remember - Yes - it definitely did. 😁
They promise me that it was a one off stunt but what an absolute giggle they all had.
Tonight felt light and fun. Everyone had such a brilliant time.
There truly is No place like Sunley Court, and there is definitely No place I would rather be an activity coordinator 💚
