Come along to our FREE Basic Life Support & AED Training Workshop and learn practical skills that could make all the difference when every second counts.

The session includes:
• What to do in an emergency
• Basic Life Support
• How to start CPR
• How to use an AED/defibrillator
• Real-life demonstrations
• Hands-on practice

No previous experience needed - everyone is welcome.

Don’t be frightened of a defibrillator. You can’t make things worse by trying to save a life — but knowing what to do could make all the difference. ❤️

We are very much excited to be attending this fantastic event!

Northamptonshire Police and Northamptonshire Fire and Rescue Service will be back at Wicksteed Park on August 16 from 11am until 4pm for their Community Open Day! 🚨✨

Come along and meet your local emergency service personnel as they demonstrate what they do on a daily basis to keep the community safe.

Climb onboard their Joint Command Unit, get an up close look at the police operational kit, and see some of their police dogs in action – with a chance to meet PD Socks and PD Bonnie!

Whether you’re interested in joining the emergency services or just want to find out more about what the team do, there’s something for everyone at the Community Open Day!

This week, our team were out in the community delivering Basic Life Support (BLS) training at Laxton Village Hall.

Our new training vehicle made it possible for us to bring all the necessary training equipment with us, allowing us to deliver hands on, practical training right in the heart of the community.

A huge thank you to Richard, Hilary, Steve and James for giving up their evening and helping deliver this important training to the local community.

We’re absolutely delighted to give a big shout out to our newest member, Jayne! ❤️

Jayne has successfully completed her Level 2 training and has now started her journey out on the road, being mentored by our experienced responders. 👏

This is a fantastic achievement and the beginning of an exciting journey as a Community First Responder, helping to provide vital lifesaving care to local people when they need it most.

Well done Jayne, we’re so proud to have you as part of the team! 🥳👏
