Wow! What a night our Swing and Big Band evening was!

Thank you to our incredible audience (the best dancing we’ve ever had!), the wonderful Rhiannon Louise Benevento for her vocals, Gareth Grover Drums for his incredible jazz drumming and Andy Kershaw for his musical direction.

We can’t wait to do it all again next year!

And next up for us- it’s Christmas prep! ⛄️

What an incredible night! Our classical spectacular concert was definitely spectacular! Thank you to our amazing soloists Graeme Danby, Alice Johnston, Ian Runnells and composer/arranger Steve Robson. All directed superbly by our wonderful MD Andrew Kershaw.

We are pleased to announce that our recording of Condatis - written especially for Graeme (bass voice) and brass band by our friend Steve Robson - is now available to listen to via our website www.Hitchinband.co.uk/recordings/condatis

It is a beautiful and moving setting of a poem by Pru Kitching all about the North East of England. More info on the page above.

If you enjoyed that, catch us next at Hitchin Town Hall for our Swing and Big Band night -
