Are you an experienced Debt Advice Caseworker looking for a rewarding role where you can make a real difference in people's lives? We're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Debt Advice Caseworker to expand our friendly team at West View Advice & Resource Centre in Hartlepool!

💷 Salary: £29,100 – £31,500 per year (depending on experience)

🕒 Hours: 37 hours per week

📍 Location: Hartlepool

In this role, you'll support individuals and families facing financial difficulties, helping them understand their options, manage debt and work towards a more secure financial future.

The scheme helps people stretch their food budget further by providing around £35 worth of food for just £8.50 for a family order.

In fact, getting advice early can sometimes give you more options and prevent a problem from becoming more serious.
