As it’s half term unfortunately there are no Breast Mates groups this week. We’ll be open again next week. Look forward to seeing you then 😊

Hi Ros and Mel are back at Breast Mates tomorrow (Tuesday) . If you need any support with feeding your baby we’ll be on hand , otherwise come along to meet other parents and get out of the house! Free refreshments available.
NB: No group next week 27th as it’s school half term. Back on 3rd Nov.

Our home visits are open again for a limited time! If your baby is under 4 weeks of age and you live within 8 miles of Hastings, you may be eligible for a one-to-one visit from a fully qualified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) (usually priced at around £100+!).

Hi Breast Mates is on tomorrow- Tuesday- 10-11.30am. Mel and Ros will be on hand to support with any baby feeding issues, if needed. This is a friendly group - good to get out and meet other parents and babies! Free refreshments. We’re at the Clifton centre Stainsby st st Leonard’s.

We’re back at the Clifton Centre tomorrow (every Tues in term-time). Come along to meet other parents and babies or, if you have any questions about feeding your baby, our breastfeeding counsellor or lactation consultants should be able help you. Free refreshments and no need to book. .

Come along to Breast Mates at 10-11.30am on Tuesdays (in term-time)- to meet other parents and babies or, if needed, seek support with baby feeding issues. Alice and Mel our Lactation Consultants, and Ros our Breastfeeding Counsellor, will be on hand. Refreshments free, no need to book an appointment .

Summer’s drawing to a close. We hope you’ve enjoyed the sunshine ☀️.
Breast Mates Hastings and Bexhill will be starting again next week. We’ll be open again on Tuesday 8th September at Clifton Centre St Leonard’s, and on 9th at Tots Play Bexhill. 10-11.30am.
