🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿💙 Lux’s wee story, I’ll introduce him properly soon as I can, lux was an urgent risk of pts, we went to meet him an he was absolutely terrified, but so so lovely, he did so well and tried so hard to be a brave boy, we had 10 hours to find him a home, 💔 worked thru the night, an we bloody did it!!! he arrived home yesterday mornin, he immediately connected with his new family, I mean, just look at that smile ###x welcome to Auds paw sweet angel , and a huge welcome and congratulations to your new family ###x

Adders are only found in certain areas of Scotland. They inhabit quiet, open areas such as heathland, moorlands and woodland. Adders have even been spotted on beaches and amongst sand dunes during warmer weather, good to know if yi venture off the beaten path tho eh 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

⚠️Watch out for Adders!🐍

☀️ As the days warm up, adders will be coming out of hibernation.

👀 Please be vigilant along the paths and keep your dog under close control.

🐕Adders will only bite in self defence but as dogs are curious, bites to the face or legs are common.

👩‍⚕️Adder bites need immediate veterinary attention.

⚠️What to do if your dog is bitten by an adder:

🤲Carry your dog where possible and try to keep them calm to reduce the spread of the venom.

💧Apply cold water if possible to reduce the swelling.

🤳Phone a local vet and take your dog straight🏃 to the practice. Attempt no other means of f

💕update .. homed 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿💕

🐾 This is oor Cali, if y’uv followed her story this far ull know it’s truly inhumane. If ye’ve just came across it, strap up and we will take you through her bumpy ride n we will introduce ye!
She came to us unmicrochipped with bald patches, red sore flakey skin and extremely dirty/ smelly from lying in her own filth 💩, she was also heavily pregnant with pups.
Used as a money making breeding machine, at 18 months she was on her THIRD litter, yessss her 3rd!! 😡
Still being a baby herself having severe allergic reaction, full of worms 🪱 and a yeast infection, she was expected to give birth to pups in an outhouse.
All of the above ☝🏼 and she NEVER stopped smiling.
Then she found her way onto our sofa 🛋️ where she then started her journey to happiness.
14 days later she gave birth and reared 10 healthy puppies who have all found their forever homes. She was the most loving mumma ❤️being the diamond she is 💎 🩷
She’s come so far…
Her bald patches have cleared, her skin is a lovely pale pink colour, she has had her nails clipped, she’s been crate/ toilet trained, muzzle trained, microchipped and best of all SPAYED! ✨

Hey guys, long story short, we’re runnin oota time and oota options for this precious soul 😞
I am beggin the universe for one more wee miracle or two, the first, that a can raise enough for a behaviouralist to work wi Cali and her new owner, an the second most biggest wish, that it makes the difference, and Cali can stay where she’s at ..
she got a home, but her leash reactivity is knocking her owner’s confidence, Cali spent her life in a shed before we got her, she’d been used as a breeding machine, she came in heavily pregnant, and her primary rescuer got her thru a very complicated birth, she had ten healthy puppies, all safely re homed, and now she finds herself once again at the mercy of us humans 💔 her issues CAN be sorted out easily, but I need some help,

I know times are tight, a know there’s appeals everywhere an lots o folks need the help a do 💙 but a huv ti try, after what she’s been thru, I canny stop fighting for her ti the last chap 💔
